Downloading it from another website? 3d Rendering on your own computer?

Check Firewall settings possibly? Or just internet is going really slow...?

I could see how it could take 15 minutes on a slow computer...got a decent comp?

If you have a router make sure the posts and shit are open turn off firewall/anti-virus and check back.
