I am using that tutorial and I am stuck on the "Okay time for C4D's". I have no idea how to make one, and if you could explain that would be awesome

You don't need to make one, well you could but it is very hard, you need a whole different complicated program for it.
You can copy/paste individual renders from places like www.planetrenders.net or download c4d packs from google and then just open up a document and copy/paste in your sig.
