the fucking tutorial on the top of this thread doesnt work ti does the same fucking thing as imageshack basically i saved to pait etc...
it decreased the byte size but i was alredy like 40kb under it im about 30 pixels in height too far and im getting warnings and shit like its sooooo fucking huge

I've never really used paint, but i know you can resize things in word. so just copy paste into word, resize and then copy and paste the resized version into paint.
