i wanna uploaded just a bit ( the part that i want) but they say it not possible...

use the square next to the star on the tool panel on ur left, the one thats made out of dots

pick it, choose the part of the image you want cut, press left mouse click and hold it down until you got what you want, release it and the square should still be there

copy it (CTRL+C) then go file > new and paste what you got copied, (CTRL+V) save it as jpeg and upload it to imageshack.us or tinypic.com like xenor said

save as .png to keep file quality, but file size low.
