idk, what you were going for.. looks like you took 2 brushes some sort of c4d brush, and a scratchy brush, not much you can do on this really, if this is a final product, i'd start over, and try things that look good, sorry bro.

first try to restart doing it with matching colors and with flow , meaning it is having a way where it is going like >>>>>> and try to use some light and darker colors to make some depth.
