Adobe Photoshop, you can get a free 30-day trial at www.adobe.com, but apart from that you have to buy it and it is quite expensive.
Or you could use Gimp, which is freeware and almost as good as PS.

I've got a tip for you: if you install the French versions of your favourite programmes, they run a lot faster.
