Okay so my question use, when you have a background all set up, then paste your render onto it, how do you make it so the render doesnt overlap your background. Like i want to post it so it blends in but it just takes over the background. Someone please help this is getting very irritating

Did you do what I said before? Change opacity under dialogs>layers? It will blend in very nicely.
