my mom passed away the 18th of febuary and i want to make my sig in dedication to her ive been looking at tutorials but could anyone help me with making a sig with like clouds on top and lgiht shining threw ... i want to have her picture in the middle and above have like clouds with light shining threw and other stuff i am going to ad...but i really wanna figure out how to make the clouds with the light thanks
