Just draw them in with a pen or line tool and stroke them with a 3 or 5 px brush.

err i got that far. i made the lines i want then i made the stroke/fill. but now the lines are gray and it is bothering me. how do i get rid of the lines without getting rid of the stroke/fill?

and what is the difference between. gray, rgb, cmyk and 8 bit 16 bit and 32 bit colors?
