Well my current signature is only transparent with firefox and not with explorer. Anyone know or can make it transparent for both launchers?

Are you viewing it with an old version of IE. Possibly v5 ?
I think the old versions sometimes view .png images wrong if they have transparency.

I'm not sure how to fix it, though.
