Yeah..I've read the smudging tutorials and all...they all say make a new brush and shit. I make the brush and everything but It doesnt look anything like smudging. How do I get my brush to smudge?!

Go to** Window > Brushes, and while in the smudge tool you have to set the right settings for it to look good
Usually involves scattering, shape dynamics, and other dynamics. You can Google some good settings smile.gif.
