I can get the second layer on my list but i cant get a different picture in the second layer list....
i tried like dragging pictture in the second layer slot and stuff and i just cant get how to do it

Ctrl + shift + N makes a new layer.
If you're having trouble putting things in it, try copy/paste, also if you select the move tool (v) and drag the thing you want in it onto the canvas of the document then it will create a new layer with that on it.
When copy/pasting or drawing something onto a new layer make sure you have that layer selected in the window.
And don't bump your thread after 1 minute. This forum isn't as active as some and it may take a while for someone to answer your question.

Ctrl + J also duplicates the selected layer, if you need.
