You don't.
Image ready came as a stand alone product from its creation up to CS2... Only in CS3 was image ready discontinued and partially integrated into photoshop CS3 (which is what allows people using photoshop CS3 to animate pictures)...
So the answer is... If you installed cs2 suite out of the box you should have a separate program called "Image Ready" which is where you would do any animations... It's pretty easy to use, once you have all the layers you want to animate with in photoshop... at the bottom of the toolbar is a button to open current file in imageready...
