I believe he was saying do this:
1.) Filter -> Blur -> Blur
2.) Filter -> Blur -> Blur More
3.) Filter -> Blur -> Gaussian Blur

Looks like this so far, i already messed with blur and everything it looks fine just gotta find the right bg.

Haha, no idea.
I haven't Photoshopped in a LONG time.
As you can see, my current signatures kind of suck.
I need to find some good tutorials to get me warmed back up. :/
