I Use a program called Sqirlz Water Reflection it makes amazing water reflections such as this



But as you may be able to see its tooo big for the regulation size.

Is there any way to re-size this without destroying the animation?

There was a tut on this tool somewhere in the tut section before, and the answer is you might be able to squeeze it down to 70kbs; but it is highly improbable.

When saving it, there's a little arrow, click on that and then select Optimize to File Size and then type in 70
Will bring it down to that file size but it will most likely look quite grainy

Care to pot a s/s of where the arrow is O_O
