very jagged and not clean. what zoom size do u use for rendering?

Btw hair are always extremely hard.

uh 300 around body
about 600 on hair at time :S

There's no trick to it...

Just use the pen tool, outline... make sure to have multiple paths for holes created by hair, legs, armpits... etc.

I think that's your problem
I usually do around 1600% zoom, it takes longer but the result is that much better smile.gif.
