Download them off www.dafont.com then when you have the downloaded onto your desktop. Go into Start > my computer > (C:) > Windows > fonts.
Then drag the files on the desktop (they have a green A or a blue letter or a red one for the icon with white around it) into the fonts folder, wait for the bar too finish loading and then boot up photoshop and the fonts should be there.
