vouch, it`s the best site to get them, but if you want to `install` them into Gimp, you gotta find your folders with gimp details, like fonts, patterns etc. There is `brushes` folder, and paste them there
P.S. Gimp must be closed while you`re putting the brushes in the place. Of course it can be opened but the brushes will work after you launch your gimp again
