just dl'd photoshop c3s extended and well on this comp the properties panel thing isnt there and idk where it used to be.
any1 wanna help me find it?

click workspace up in the right corner in photoshop > Default Workspace and every setting will come to their default setting.

dunno if this is what you mean, but anyway^^
