okay so i haven't even bothered thinking about learning animation with photoshop because basically they all look like shit in sigs cause of the low kb allowance.

but does animation work on desktop backgrounds? cause you could have a bigger file with clean smooth animation and i think that would be sick as hell. would it work though?
