i think its mostly just a few filters and overlay or soft light or something

The basic Step i'd use to do those kind of sign is to copy/paste the render.

Then, use any image mode, erase "weak" spot.

Some smudge/Blur/contrast.

And that's it for the picture. Some filter may help too!

can you show me an example by making one really fast?
