Hello, I have been reading lots of tuts but cant seem to find any on how to make the rain effects on Photoshop CS3.
Would some1 be able to tell me how to do this or send me a link to a tut?

I dont have imageready sad.gif Is there anyway I could do without it? If not what can I get it?
