whats better for making some good graphic design programs i can use to make some good sigs.
i have a version of Cs2 but it seems even the plugins wont make my sig as crazy as ones i see on the forums.

is there any free editors or good photo editors to buy to make some colorful crazy sigs and isn't IMPOSSIBLE to use.
i'm able to run most programs but i don't have Windows Vista and such.

anybody have any opnions on some good programs ?

Photoshop is the best program to use, most people use Cs3. As for making your signature "crazy" well that's just effects and techniques that come with practice of using it. And every program that does these things is going to be pretty hard to use at first but you just have to keep at it.
