so first u have to open animation windows-> animation
after that u choose the look of ur first frame pic and the time that u wanna show that, after u make new layer in the animation box and choose the look with text in that one, adn the time that u wanna text be shown this is almost all u can play around with that ^
when ur animation is done for File-> Save for Web & Devices that will open u new windows just click save after that and ur image will be saved as GIF format, that what u need to have animation runing
