how do i make it so that images look less pixelated? like i have a pic thats really small and i need it bigger, but when i make it bigger it looks bad and pixelated. how do i fix that?

you could always blur it... try going filter > and mess with the options under blur... like Gaussian blur.

realistically unless you have professional software enlarging pictures from a small resolution is really not an option try to find a bigger picture to work with
