I wanna try and make some siggys of mine own besides using paint.
OFC vista didnt include Photoshop on new pc's. how gay is that. any help will be nice. thx.

why would vista include photoshop?

try gimp, imo.

That would be bundling which Microsoft already got sued for, also Photoshop is a product of Adobe, also, Windows is like 100-200 dollars and Photoshop is 800 dollars.

thats what i needed to know, and i meant Microsoft Photoeditor.

photoshop is super expensive. makes no sense to me for a program that edits photo's

paint.net is free. nice prog imo.

It makes perfect sense. Photo editing its an enormous business: Graphic Design, Video Game Production, Movie Production, News Paper Production, Designs of candy bars and your fav. kfc dish.
