Told him I suck at tuts but he requested it and luckily the nyquil kicked in and I got bored. Way too long I don't know how to generalize when doing a tutorial and I just put in every layer -.- Sorry..maybe it'll help someone though

Post outcomes etc. etc. Probably more confusing then helpful all of my tuts fail pretty hard so GOOD LUCK ETC.

Very nice dude. Thx that u made it for me it really helped me. That trick with the c4d conture is awesome

and it was new to me. I may oversmudged my city background abit too much but I like my outcome anyways:
