How can i add borders around the sig?

take it in ps and right click @ the layer ( ur pic in the right corner ) then click blending options -> stokes ( last one) and choose inside then pick ur color i hope u understand me :S
ps: first remove the locker ( just drug it into the trush bin that u see below)
