I can never get my images like 100% transparent, I can get it so it shows transparent but its a diff shade of blue, any help?

If you mean transparent, when you post here (for example to see the background, or simèly to cut some parts) you have to save it in .png or .gif format.

.gif is mostly used for animations, .png, has a better detail

Just set opacity on ps, and see the result..

^^ .png WILL NOT work on IE6 =)
But still who use ie anyway.
