Or you can use Gimp, which is less powerful, but it's free, and still very good.

ive had gimp for a week and am still mastering my skills

I've heard of alot of people using Gimp...but photoshop is by far the best. It takes a while to learn how to use it well, but once you figure out how everything works it's well worth whatever you pay for it.

i can teach to patch cs2 if anyone needs a tut on it...i will more then happily type it out for u...lol illegal but oh well

uhh can soemone show the best pics by photoshop and the best by the other free one, so we can see how big the difference is?
