how do you make layers blend with backgrounds so it doesnt look like copy and paste and looks like one thing.

You get Photoshop, or Gimp if you can't afford it

Then you can add effects easier and have different layers and stuff
I'm not familiar with Paint Shop Pro but Gimp is much better for doing this stuff
