There's more to it than "teach me, tutorials aren't helping". You have to put a serious effort into it and yes, you will have to spend money to get photoshop legitimately. A free alternative to photoshop is GIMP (just google and download), but it isn't nearly so good.

Edit: Reposting every 5 minutes isn't going to help.... It's just going to make people NOT want to help you.

Gimp is really good for a freeware And yes... you will have to work really hard!
