ya can some one tell me how to make a border the only way i know how is to draw a line then draw 3 more plz help

ctrl + a to highlight all
then edit
the stroke
then color/pxl size do you want border to start from the edge and go in (inside) start at edge and go out (outside) or even between in and outt (center)
