What's the program people use to create those video clip avatars?

Name brand = image ready. Really, seriously though, you can get programs that look like they shouldn't be on the internet that work a lot better than image ready. Just google "animation shop" or "animation software".

Yeah I know Imageready, but as I recall you can't edit files and stuff

With ImageReady..you need a .mov file I believe.

I made a tut on it. Its somewere on jsp, look through the pages, i need to go now.

I followed Mister's tut.
You gotta go to youtube, select a video, copy video link into here icon_pointr.gif http://vixy.net/
Select MOV for Mac, and then use that mov file in Imageready.
