Just throw me the best programs and the one thats been said the most will be the one i downloaod i guess

But what about for animation?

Should i use cs3 for anime too?

jasc paint shop pro 7 is wht i use...i think its just as good as adobe and it takes a lot less room

Adobe Photoshop CS3, and just use Adobe Imageready for animation...I think it still comes with photoshop, at least it did with 7.0

Theres a place where you can get it. You have to pay 0.00$, then you need a special thing to get the avaction key. Google around and you will be photosoping in no time.

Thats photoshop CS2 btw. CS2 same as CS3 just diffrent number..
