Um, i used the animations in adobe photoshop to make some things but i cant find anywhere to host it so that i can see if they work.

also i was told to not make them .Gifs because theyre bad quality?
Also if i saved my animation in photoshop as a gif how come when i upload it its only one frame and doesnt move?

Hit "Save for web and devices" and then optimize to around 70 kb so it's legal, then hit save (as .gif). Then upload to imageshack.us or photobucket. You must save it as a .gif otherwise there won't be animation. BTW, you will ALWAYS get bad quality with animation if you want it 70 kb or under, unless it is very small that is.
