ok i wana learn how o do this, but right from the start i got stuck.
how do i do the lens flair he is talking about?

For the lens flare in photoshop its, Filter > Render > Lens Flare.

ok now i am to the part where it says blend it, i have never done this before so i dont know how to do either method he said. can i get help on it plz

Place your render into your sig canvas, then take out the eraser tool set it to a softbrush. You can do this by clicking the drop down brush tool tab thing near the top when you have the eraser tool selected. The just click around the edges of the render so it kind of fades..

how do i do a color dodge?

See on your layers panel its on the drop down menu. Just select the layer you want on color dodge, and choose it in the drop down.

well thx for the help... i messed up and merged all layers before i got through the whole tut so i guess i am done for this one

or is there a way for me to finish it?
