You use basically any image editing software like Photoshop and make a text layer then type it in and save the product.

Image editing program are:

1st: Adobe photoshop. You can download a trial here: Www.adobe.com
2nd: Gimp (Free-use program).
3rd: Paint (Include with windows...)
4th: Paintshop Pro..

And so on.

After youput text you will need to blend it in. Check for tutorial!

i recromend gimp..i know i dont post sigs or anything on jsp but i do edit images frome time to time when i need to...and gimp has everything you need

so what you want us to help you do is...
rip a sig and put your name on it?
i have a feeling that if you don't have any clue how to add your name to a sig, than you prolly have no clue how to make one in the first place
