How do make so it's like nothing there? Just a picture but no background at all or so ^^ Like transparent

find magic erase and press on pic it is in same category as simple eraser

Make a new document with bg "Transparent"

Save it as a .png

I think you mean render, use the pen tool and create a path around whatever you want to cut out, then right-click and select "Make Selection", then hit ctrl + i and then delete.
