Where is the smudge tool!?
I'm trying The_Punishers tutorial. But i'm lost at the smudge part...

Help?

smudge is that finger xD if u got cs3, rightclick on it and pick smudge

Right-click on the water-drop (blur) and select the little finger wink.gif.
