So you want the first image to fade out and become the second image, correct?

Well in that case you would need both your pictures to be the same size to start and both of them need to be on the same layer tongue.gif

Uh a simple way to put it

combine all the layers on the right signature and move that layer on top of the first signature and hide its layer

convert it to image ready and and duplicate your frame once and hide the first sig and make the second sig visible and then save and your done!

Ok, so.
1. Have the first image on one layer
2. Paste the second image on another layer
3. Paste the first image on a third layer, and have it on the bottom, below the others in step 4
4. Arrange the layers so that the one you want to appear first is on top, and vise versa
5. Hit "duplicate frame" in the Animation window
6. On the second frame, set the opacity on the first layer to 0
7. Select the two frames, and hit the "tween" button, and type in how many frames you want in between (I usually do ~5-10)
8. Duplicate frame again
9. On that frame, select the second layer and make it 0% opacity
10. Tween them again
11. Add delay times of your choice by clicking on the little arrow next to "0 sec"

I'm coming up with this off the top of my head, so my apologies if it doesn't work or whatever.
