i cant choose any tools other then the hand tool... i can click on the tool (for instance move tool) but it just shows up as the hand tool... please help =(

yea, i tried that, it didnt work. i waited like 20 mins and then it went back to normal, so i duno what was rong with it.

restart ps
restart comp
