LoL. It's a program which can simulate a godly brushing. Makes stuff look like it's hand brushed ^^

Everyone's been throwing that around, and it's not true.

You CAN make things look hand brushed, but that's not the main reason for the program...

its a ps plug in that is used as a filter to make an image look clean

everything else stated about brushing is wrong it just can seem to have that effect

If used incorrectly it's effects are almost too obvious, best to use is just to clean stocks and stuff up.
