how do you do it? >.> i mean having it face the opposite side, not a 180 degree rotation

Image > Rotate Canvas > Flip horizontal.

ctrl a on the layer u want flipped
ctrl t
right click
flip horrizontaly

Edit -> Transform -> flip horizantally
