Ummm.... little broad of a question. You get a photo editing program (photoshop or GIMP works too), you take a stock photo and fiddle around with it. Start out by reading tutorials and following them, it REALLY helps.

You can get free photoshop trial at: www.adobe.com

Try either cs3 or cs2. Their basically the same. wink.gif
