im long in business with photoshop made sigs on other forums 4 fun and u can see mine twinzzy's and some others here are already made by me...

so im asking how to use brushes.

i downloaded one at deviantart.com but i cant open it

After downloading the brushes. Move the .abr file into C:/Program Files/Adobe/Photoshop (version)/Presets/Brushes. They should appear once PS has been restarted. For C4Ds, go to planetrenders.net and they should have a section there. Also, you can try joining a GFX forum (such as blacksungfx.com or tech-gfx.net), they usually have many tutorials and resources.
