i cant find the rules on it anywhere so i need help here
also need some help with resizing images using Photoshop CS2
everytime i resize the image it messes with thex clarity of the image and
really pixilates it, iso some help on that aswell

Signature, Avatar, and Tag Rules:

The maximum sizes:
- Sigs are 400x150 pixels and 70kb (300x100 is recommended)
- Avs are 64x64 pixels and 50kb
- Tags are 300x50 pixels and are counted as part of the sig maximums (300x25 is recommended)
- When you put text in the sig, limit to 3 lines (normal font size) if there is a pic in the sig, and 6 lines (normal font size) if there is no picture.

Tags:
No tags may be created without permissions from Moderators, Admins, etc...
No tags may be worn by those that did not get them assigned.
Any modifications to the original tags must be cleared with the tags distributors and creators first.

Any Moderator or Graphic Artist will enforce these rules to keep the forums clean from the useless clutter.
