I see many tutorials using c4d renders... So I'm thinking... Where in the world do I get C4ds and how do I make em?

Make them in the program Cinema 4d (hence c4d).

You can get them pretty much anywhere...

Pretty much.

It would take QUITE some time to learn to use Cinema 4d effectively, so I suggest you just go download some.
