i'm trying to do a tutorial right now and anyways it says i need 2 smudge something.
well i have smudged plenty of things b4 but for some reason now when i click 2 start smudging it will smudge that 1 part and i cant hold the mouse down
to keep on smudging around.. does any1 know wut im doing wrong or how 2 fix this.

im useing photoshop btw

if your holding the button down but the effect stops, then somehting is wrong with your mouse.

nvm i just fixed it. i know wut i did wrong

i was in blending options or w.e and i put control to fade cuz it brang it close together the dots..
but i didn't know it would stop it like that. thx anyways tho
