C4d is Cinema 4d
It's a program you use to create renders that look cool and add flow to sigs and stuff

The program is very complex, I don't even know how to use it m8, and you have to buy it
You can download c4d packs off of google, and www.planetrenders.net has a lot of ones (like the example I posted)
